Terms of Use / Service
- Registration- By registering for GetVip.com you agree to abide by all the terms and guidelines listed below. You also acknowledge that GetVip.com is a service and that each club is its own separate organization then GetVip.com and we are not liable for the information put on a clubs page.
- Payment- You agree as a user that you will be financially responsible for the payment of any registration that you agree to. This includes "pay at door", "VIP Tickets", and "General Admission" and any additional cost that's the hosting club may require of you. Failure to make payment or dispute of payment for events booked may and can result in your username and IP address being temporarily or permanently banned from GetVip.com. You also agree that you understand payments are made directly to the club / event and GetVip.com has no finicial involvement in the exchange of money, cash, or payment to any club listed on this site.
- Payment Dispute- You agree as a user or guest that GetVip.com will not be held liable for any payment to or payment refund from any club or event. This includes but is not limited too: non-attending events, canceled events, accidental bookings, multiple charges and overpaying. You agree that all payment disputes, credit/debit card charges, Paypal charges will be disputed and settled with the club or event admin/owner and the payment method used.
- Refunds- As a user of GetVip.com you agree that all refund will be handled with the respective club in which a refund maybe requested or required and that you will not hold GetVip.com liable for any refunds or damages.
- Uploading Images- You agree as a user that you will not upload any offensive images or illegal images to this site. You also agree that you will not upload any image that you do not have copyrights too or copyright permission of the original owners.
- User Information- Users information will only be shared with GetVip.com affiliates. Users Information will not be sold to third parties that are not apart of GetVip.com. User information may be provided to registered clubs of GetVip.com. User agrees that GetVip.com may email them with important updates to the GetVip.com website. User agrees that if they add a club as a favorite they agree the club is allowed to use their email to send specials, promotions and new event information.
- Terms of Use updates- GetVip.com reserves the right to revise Terms of Use at anytime, it is the users responsibility to check for updates to Terms of Use for any changes which can be identified by the "Last Modified Date" listed at the top of Terms of Use. As an user, you agree to any Terms of Services posted on this site whenever they maybe updated and agree that it is your sole responsibility to check and update yourself on our Terms or Service.
